  1. Terms of Service

    The issuance of the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy is the sole authority of, and this can change at any time and without notice to the subscriber without involving breach or right of exemption of payment from the subscriber.

  2. Grounds for termination

    This contract may be terminated:

    1. by the subscriber or during the term of the contract, by giving the other party written notice at least two (2) days prior to expiration of this contract or their extensions;

  10. Resources Utilization

    Subscribers may not:

    1. Use more than 25% of system resources for longer than 90 seconds. There are numerous activities that could cause such problems, including: CGI, FTP, PHP, HTTP scripts, etc.

    3. Run any software that interacts with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.

  11. Usage Bandwidth will assign to the subscriber a monthly amount of bandwidth according to the subscribed hosting package. Subscriber shall not exceed the allocated amount, and reserves the right to suspend the account until the start of next month or until the subscriber chooses one of the following options: a) buy more bandwidth capacity for the rest of the month at an additional fee, b) change the existing package for the higher capacity required.

    The monthly amount of bandwidth is not cumulative, so the unused transfer in one month can not be added to the following month.

  12. Responsibilities of misuse by Subscriber

    The subscriber is responsible for proper use and management of his or her account and the services provided by, and assumes all liability to, other subscribers and third parties, for any improper or inappropriate use of services in general from the subscriber, its representatives, its employees, partners, customers and third parties, and in general from anyone related to the service which causes or threatens to cause harm or damage.

  13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
